Grown high in the Cuchumatanes mountains and sourced through the El Guaya’b co-op, a collective of 300+ indigenous Maya-Quiche families, this coffee has the kind of complexity that only high-altitude Guatemalan beans can bring. Expect cocoa richness, warm baking spice, and a subtle citrus edge that keeps the cup feeling vibrant from start to finish.
It’s lively without being sharp, comforting without being heavy, and a great choice for anyone ho likes their medium roast with a little more character.
Best as a pour over or drip coffee, where the brighter notes and layered flavor really come through.
